AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials utilized in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically encompass sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), among others.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the processing and meticulous storage of essential raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section serves as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Here, we craft the vital steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates, ensuring precision through manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section serves as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Here, we craft the vital steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates, ensuring precision through manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame, bearing the billet body, undergoes de-mudding by the turning crane. The blank body, aligned with the side plate, is meticulously positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve perfect molding.
The cutting process is completed as the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste.
Once waste is removed, the blank body is skillfully handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car to complete the process.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes, prepared with precision, are introduced into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance via the efficient traction mechanism and the preceding ferry cart.
The autoclave-cured products are smoothly extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the sophisticated finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-steaming, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring seamless separation and handling.
