AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The fundamental ingredients for crafting premium autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, and gypsum, complemented by aluminum powder (aluminum paste). These elements are meticulously processed to ensure optimal quality.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the precise processing and strategic storage of the raw materials, laying the foundation for superior product quality.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This integral section serves as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring flawless fabrication and assembly.
This phase involves the creation of the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate. It features manual or automated mesh hanging and an efficient automatic assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This essential section holds the spotlight in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, showcasing advanced pouring and pre-curing techniques.
This step involves crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate with options for manual or automatic mesh hanging and a seamless automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, cradling the billet body, is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is meticulously placed on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the product.
The expertly cut body undergoes a transformative process on the ground turning table, where corner waste is efficiently removed and recycled, ensuring sustainability.
Upon waste removal, the billet body is carefully handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, streamlining the process.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are meticulously transported into the tank by a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring constant pressure maintenance for optimal results.
Post-autoclave, the cured products are skillfully extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transitioned to the finished product packaging section for further processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After their autoclave journey, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then efficiently conveyed to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for dispatch.
