AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
In the sophisticated production of autoclaved aerated coagulation, the essential raw materials include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste). These materials form the backbone of our high-tech, durable products.
This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and organized storage of raw materials, ensuring quality and consistency in every batch.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section stands as the pivotal hub for crafting premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, a testament to our advanced manufacturing capabilities.
Here, we expertly fabricate the steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for the integrity of autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This process incorporates both manual and automatic hanging mesh techniques, complemented by the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame for efficiency.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
This section is the heart of our production line for top-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is instrumental in producing the steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for the structural elements of autoclaved aerated concrete plates, integrating manual and automatic hanging mesh methods alongside automated assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting section
In this section, the mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes demudding via a specialized turning crane. The blank body and side plate are precisely placed on the cutting car, where they are expertly cut in side, horizontal, and vertical dimensions to achieve the desired product form.
Utilizing a ground turning table, the cut body undergoes a final refinement stage where corner waste is expertly removed and recycled, maintaining our commitment to sustainability.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is skillfully handled using the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring perfect alignment and preparation for the next stage.
5.Autoclaving section
The meticulously assembled cakes are introduced into the autoclave for a phase of constant pressure maintenance. This process is facilitated by a sophisticated traction mechanism and a ferry cart, ensuring precise and uniform curing.
Once the autoclave curing process is complete, the finished products are carefully extracted using the ferry cart and conveyed to the final product packaging section, ready for dispatch.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. The packaging and conveying equipment then transports them to the storage yard, ensuring readiness for distribution and maintaining premium quality standards.
