AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential ingredients in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) include sand (often fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste, carefully selected for optimal performance.
This critical phase is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of all raw materials, ensuring quality and readiness for production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section stands as the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, enabling precise craftsmanship and consistency.
Here, we fabricate the steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for AAC plates, utilizing either manual or automatic methods for hanging mesh, along with sophisticated automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Which is used for making steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plate, manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, carrying the billet body, is skillfully demudded by the crane's turning action. This process places the blank body and side plate onto the cutting car, where meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product.
Precision cutting is followed by the ground turning table, which efficiently removes corner waste for recycling, enhancing sustainability.
The blank body, now free from waste, is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring seamless transition to the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
The carefully assembled cakes are transported into the tank by the traction mechanism for consistent pressure maintenance, aided by the ferry cart, ensuring durability and quality.
Once cured, the autoclave products are extracted with precision by the ferry cart and forwarded to the finished product packaging section for final touches.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and efficiently transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are ready for market.
