AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation manufacturing, the indispensable raw materials are sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting touch of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This section is expertly designed for the meticulous processing and optimal storage of these crucial raw materials, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the dynamic core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where groundbreaking innovation meets exacting precision.
Within this hub, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted with expertise. The process features smooth manual (or automatic) mesh handling and a sophisticated system for the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This critical section is where the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs comes to life, transforming creative visions into concrete reality.
Within this dynamic environment, the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) is executed with precision, involving both manual and automatic handling, alongside the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, engineering brilliance unfolds as the mold frame, replete with the billet body, is expertly demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. The product is intricately cut with side, horizontal, and vertical precision to achieve impeccable molding.
A masterpiece is born as the cut body is skillfully managed by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, thereby promoting sustainability.
Following waste removal, the blank body is deftly maneuvered by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, completing this stage with impeccable finesse.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are elegantly guided into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the strategically stationed traction mechanism and ferry cart in front of the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products emerge triumphantly, extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly delivered to the finished product packaging section, prepared for their grand unveiling.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes embark on a meticulous journey of sorting, palletizing, packing, and efficient transport to the storage yard. This seamless process is orchestrated by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a flawless transition from production to storage.
