AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
Our meticulously curated selection of raw materials forms the backbone of the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process. This includes premium sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and high-quality aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This essential section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and systematic storage of raw materials, ensuring optimal readiness for production.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This is the pivotal core section of our streamlined production line for creating autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Within this section, we expertly craft steel mesh (mesh cages) crucial for the concrete plates, utilizing both manual and automated processes for hanging mesh. The entire assembly frame benefits from seamless automatic circulation.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another fundamental core section, integral to producing our high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It serves a dual purpose: expertly crafting the necessary steel mesh (mesh cages) for concrete plates and facilitating the automatic circulation of the assembly frame, with manual and automated hanging mesh options.
4.Cutting Section
Our innovative cutting section utilizes a crane to skillfully demud the mold frame loaded with the billet body. The blank body is expertly positioned on a cutting car, where precision side, horizontal, and vertical cuts are executed for flawless product molding.
With precision, the ground turning table effortlessly completes the cut body process, efficiently removing and recycling any corner waste.
Upon waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car systematically complete the arrangement of the blank body, ensuring seamless production continuity.
5.Autoclaving Section
Advanced traction mechanisms, aided by a ferry cart, gracefully guide the assembled cakes into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance within the autoclaves.
Once cured, the ferry cart skillfully extracts the products from the autoclave, seamlessly transporting them to the next stage: the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, and packaging. Our efficient packaging and conveying equipment then transports them with precision to the storage yard, ensuring their pristine condition.
