1.Raw Material Processing Section: Foundation of Excellence
The essential ingredients for crafting superior autoclaved aerated coagulation products include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) among others.
This pivotal section manages the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials, ensuring that everything is prepared perfectly for the subsequent production stages.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication & Circulation
&Circulation: Streamlining Efficiency
This is the heart of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where precision and technology converge for outstanding results.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the aerated concrete slabs is expertly crafted, involving both manual and automatic processes. The assembly frames are seamlessly circulated to ensure uninterrupted progress.
3.Pouring and Pre-Curing Section: Core of Precision
This section is essential for the meticulous production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, forming the foundation of quality.
The formation of vital steel mesh (mesh cage) for concrete plates is achieved here, alongside manual (automatic) mesh hanging and efficient assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting Section: Precision in Every Slice
Mold frames bearing the billet body are expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, with its side plate, is transferred to the cutting car where it undergoes meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve perfect forms.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
After waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, readying it for the next phase.
5.Autoclaving Section: Achieving Optimal Durability
The fully assembled cakes are carefully delivered into the autoclave tanks by the sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart, commencing the crucial constant pressure maintenance cycle.
Upon completion of the autoclave curing process, products are expertly extracted and conveyed to the finished product packaging area, ready for final touches.
6.Finished Products: Delivering Masterpieces
Classification & Packaging: Final Touches
Emerging from the autoclave, the steamed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then expertly transported to storage by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ready for swift delivery.
