Teeyer Whole Production Line,including 6 processing sections

1.Raw Material Processing Section

The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste) and so on.

This section is used for processing and storage of raw materials.

2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation

This section is the critical hub for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

This section is dedicated to fabricating steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes manual (automatic) hanging mesh and ensures the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section

Another core section in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

This section is vital for preparing the steel mesh (mesh cage), facilitating manual (automatic) hanging mesh, and automating the circulation of the assembly frame.

4.Cutting Section

The mold frame loaded with the billet body is processed by a turning crane to remove mud. The blank body, together with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shapes the product.

The ground turning table completes the cut body by removing and recycling corner waste.
After waste removal, the blank body is managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.

5.Autoclaving Section

The assembled cakes are transported into the tank for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart.

Once cured, the autoclaved products are pulled out and transported to the finished product packaging section by the ferry cart.

6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

The autoclaved cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard. This is handled by advanced packaging and conveying equipment after the products are separated.
