AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Dive deep into the intricate process of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where every premium raw material, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), is meticulously processed to perfection.
This crucial section is devoted to the precise processing and systematic storage of our key raw materials, ensuring optimal quality and readiness for further production stages.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section forms the heart of our operations, propelling the production of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unmatched efficiency and precision.
Within this hub, we expertly fashion the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, utilizing both manual and automatic hanging mesh techniques. This is seamlessly integrated with an automatic circulation system for the assembly frame, ensuring continuity and quality.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This vital section serves as the core of our production process, crucial for the creation of high-caliber autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) is meticulously crafted for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This feat is achieved through the use of manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside an automatic circulation of the assembly frames, ensuring precision and consistency.
4. Cutting Section
At this stage, the mold-loaded billet is deftly demudded via a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts are executed to shape the final product.
The ground turning table is instrumental in efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, thus completing the cut body with exceptional finesse and accuracy.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal precision and results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With unrivaled precision, assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tanks by a traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining constant pressure to achieve flawless autoclaving results.
After achieving the ideal cure, the autoclaved products are deftly extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section for the next phase.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Following autoclaving, the cakes are systematically sorted, efficiently palletized, and meticulously packed. They are then transported to the storage yard, facilitated by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring that every product reaches its destination in pristine condition.
