AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the pioneering world of autoclaved aerated coagulation, the selection of raw materials is crucial. Typically, we utilize sand (fly ash), lime, cement, and gypsum, complemented by aluminum powder or paste, to ensure superior quality.
This critical section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and organized storage of these essential raw materials, setting the stage for excellence in production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal core section where innovation and precision meet to produce top-notch autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we skillfully craft the essential steel mesh or mesh cage for the concrete plates. With options for manual or automatic mesh hanging and a seamless automatic circulation assembly frame, efficiency is at its peak.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Once again, this section stands as the heart of operations, crucial for creating high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Our advanced techniques ensure that the steel mesh (mesh cage) is expertly fabricated for the concrete plates, with a streamlined process for manual or automatic mesh hanging and proficient circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Witness the innovative transformation as the mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes a seamless demudding by the turning crane. The blank body, with its side plate, is then adeptly positioned on the cutting car, achieving precision in side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, sculpting the final product to perfection.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table masterfully removes and recycles any corner waste, ensuring sustainability and efficiency.
Following waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car deftly complete the blank body, setting the stage for the next phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
Here, assembled cakes embark on their journey into the tanks, where they undergo constant pressure maintenance, guided by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, laying the foundation for robust autoclave curing.
Post-curing, the ferry cart seamlessly transports the autoclave-cured products to the finished product packaging section, ready for the world.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
In this final stage, the steamed cakes emerge from the autoclave, ready to be meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard, courtesy of state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for dispatch.
