1. Raw Material Processing Section

Our AAC block making solutions start with the meticulous selection and handling of raw materials such as sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste). These essential ingredients lay the groundwork for high-quality autoclaved aerated coagulation.

This vital stage ensures the precise processing and systematic storage of all raw materials, setting the stage for superior production efficiency.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This pivotal section is the very heart of our production for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, driving the innovation and precision you can count on.

Here, we fabricate robust steel meshes (or mesh cages) essential for AAC concrete plates, with options for manual or automatic mesh hanging, integrated with an automated frame assembly circulation system to enhance productivity.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This section plays a crucial role in shaping the quality and strength of our autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring each unit meets rigorous standards.

Crafting necessary steel meshes and facilitating both manual and automatic hanging, this section also supports the seamless circulation of assembly frames for unrivaled efficiency.

4. Cutting Section

In this stage, the mold frame holding the billet is deftly demudded using a turning crane. The billet, alongside its side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes thorough side, horizontal, and vertical cutting for precise shaping.

The ground turning table adeptly handles the cut body, removing and recycling corner waste to maintain an eco-friendly approach.
Post-waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car efficiently complete the blank body formation, readying it for subsequent processes.

5. Autoclaving Section

In this essential phase, assembled cakes are methodically transferred into autoclave tanks via a precise traction mechanism and ferry cart system. This ensures consistent pressure maintenance required for optimal curing.

Following curing, products are expertly extracted from the autoclave with a ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section, maintaining quality and integrity.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Post-steaming, the autoclave cakes are diligently sorted, palletized, and packaged. Our advanced packaging and conveying equipment streamline transport to the storage yard, ensuring readiness for delivery.
