1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for the autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste). These high-quality ingredients ensure the structural integrity and durability of the final product.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials, setting the foundation for a high-quality production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This section is the technological heart of the production line, where the magic happens for creating robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated. It includes the meticulous processes of manual (or automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section handles the critical process of producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision and quality in every slab.
This stage involves the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded using a turning crane. The billet, along with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car, undergoing precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the desired product shape.
The cut body is then processed on the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss and environmental sustainability.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring smooth transition to the next production stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are carefully transported into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring thorough curing of products.
Once cured, the autoclave-treated products are efficiently pulled out by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section, ready for the final touches.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The autoclave-steamed cakes are then meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are ready for delivery and use.
