1. Raw Material Processing Section
The premium ingredients integral to the autoclaved aerated coagulation production encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), each chosen for their superior quality.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section stands as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring precision and excellence.
This crucial phase orchestrates the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) indispensable for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating manual (automatic) mesh hanging and seamless automatic assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This stage is pivotal in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
This stage facilitates the crucial creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, enabling both manual and automatic mesh handling and the smooth automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame cradling the billet body is deftly demolded by the turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve perfect product molding.
The cut body, through the efficiency of the ground turning table, undergoes a seamless process to remove and recycle corner waste, optimizing material usage.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring orderly processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are ushered into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance by the advanced traction mechanism located at the forefront of the autoclaves and the preceding ferry cart.
Upon autoclave curing, the finished products are seamlessly extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the final product packaging section, showcasing an efficient workflow.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes are systematically sorted, expertly palletized, precisely packed, and efficiently transported to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring immaculate organization.
