1. Raw Material Processing Section
Our Eco-Conscious AAC ALC Production Line harnesses the power of premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and advanced aluminum powder (or paste) to create superior autoclaved aerated coagulation products.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of all essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section represents the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production process, delivering unparalleled precision and efficiency.
Within this core segment, we expertly craft steel mesh (mesh cages) for AAC slabs. Experience seamless integration of manual and automatic mesh handling and the flawless circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
Essential for producing high-quality AAC slabs, this section forms the backbone of our advanced production line.
Specialized in creating steel mesh (mesh cages) for AAC plates, this section facilitates manual or automatic hanging and optimizes the circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame laden with billet is expertly demudded with a crane. Side, horizontal, and vertical cutting techniques culminate in the precise molding of each product.
Post-cutting, the turning table seamlessly handles the removal and recycling of corner waste, ensuring an eco-friendly process.
With waste efficiently cleared, the marshalling crane and ferry car advance the blank body for further processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembly of cakes is expertly guided into the tank, where constant pressure maintenance ensures optimal curing. Our traction mechanism and ferry cart streamline this transition seamlessly.
Once cured, the ferry cart deftly extracts the products, transporting them to the finished product packaging section, ready for market.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, cakes undergo meticulous sorting, palletizing, and packing. Our advanced packaging and conveying equipment ensure efficient transportation to the storage yard, completing the production cycle with precision.
