AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the essential ingredients are typically sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste). These raw materials come together to form the foundation of our innovative AAC products.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of these vital raw materials, setting the stage for a seamless production journey.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section serves as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where precision meets automation to forge excellence.
Here, we craft the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. The process involves both manual and automatic mesh hanging, coupled with an advanced system for the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is paramount in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where the intricate dance of materials creates quality products.
Within this section, we fabricate the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for concrete plates, facilitating both manual and automated mesh hanging, along with the seamless automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
Witness precision engineering as the mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is expertly demudded with a turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is artfully placed on the cutting car, undergoing side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the perfect form.
The cut body meets its final refinement at the ground turning table, where corner waste is eliminated and set aside for recycling.
Post-waste removal, the blank body finds its completion through the skilled maneuvering of the marshalling crane and ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are guided into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, thanks to the traction mechanism before the autoclaves and the ferry cart in front.
Once the autoclave curing process is complete, our ferry cart adeptly extracts the cured products, seamlessly transporting them to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packed. The packaging and conveying equipment then transports them efficiently to the storage yard, ensuring they are ready for delivery to our satisfied customers.
