AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the journey of creating premium autoclaved aerated coagulation products, we begin with the finest blend of raw materials: sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste). These elements are the foundation of our exceptional AAC production.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and organized storage of our raw materials, ensuring quality and consistency right from the start.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section represents the heart of our cutting-edge autoclaved aerated concrete slab production process, where innovation meets efficiency.
Here, we masterfully craft the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. With precision, we manage the manual (and automatic) hanging of mesh and ensure seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This essential segment of production is where the transformation begins for our autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, nurturing them through the journey of excellence.
In this process, we create the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for our concrete plates, expertly managing both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with the automated circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame, cradling the billet body, is skillfully demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car - where artful, precise cutting in side, horizontal, and vertical directions transforms it into a finished product.
The ground turning table not only perfects the cut body but also ensures the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste, aligning with our commitment to sustainability.
After the meticulous removal of waste, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to the next stage of production.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision and care, the assembled cakes are ushered into the autoclave tank, maintained under consistent pressure by our advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart system, ensuring unmatched quality.
Once the curing process in the autoclave concludes, the ferry cart expertly extracts the products, seamlessly transitioning them to the finished product packaging section, ready for the world.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging from the autoclave, the steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, elegantly palletized, and precisely packed. Our packaging and conveying equipment then transports these distinguished products to the storage yard, ready for distribution.
