1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and meticulous storage of all raw materials, ensuring the highest quality and consistency throughout the production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section ensures the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, focusing on structural integrity and long-lasting durability.
This section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for AAC plates. It features both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
A core section crucial for the production of superior AAC slabs, ensuring optimal conditions for pre-curing and overall quality.
This section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for AAC plates, featuring both manual and automatic mesh hanging, and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is then managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss and maximum efficiency.
Subsequently, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for final processing, preparing it for the next stages in the production line.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are sent into the autoclave tank using a traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring consistent pressure maintenance for uniform curing.
Post-curing, the autoclaved products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section for final preparation.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach customers in perfect condition.
