AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the primary raw materials are sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting influence of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This section is expertly crafted for the precise processing and efficient storage of these crucial raw materials, ensuring a seamless transition into production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the dynamic core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, a crucial section where cutting-edge technology and meticulous precision converge.
Here, the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly crafted. The process features seamless manual (or automatic) mesh handling and an advanced system for the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section, vital to autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, is where the transformation from concept to concrete reality occurs.
In this vibrant setting, steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is executed with precision. It involves both manual and automatic mesh handling, alongside the automated circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring optimum efficiency.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the art of engineering unfolds as the mold frame, bearing the billet body, is smoothly demolded by a turning crane. The blank body, coupled with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, undergoing detailed side, horizontal, and vertical cuts for impeccable molding.
The masterwork emerges as the cut body is skillfully managed by the ground turning table, effectively removing and recycling corner waste to promote sustainability.
After waste removal, the blank body is expertly maneuvered by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, completing this phase with precision and elegance.
5. Autoclaving Section
With utmost precision, the assembled cakes are gently guided into the tank for constant pressure maintenance, supported by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, strategically positioned before the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products emerge victorious, withdrawn by the ferry cart and seamlessly transitioned to the finished product packaging section, ready to make their grand entrance.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly emerged from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous sorting, palletizing, packing, and transportation process. This is expertly orchestrated by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a flawless journey from production to storage.
