AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The core materials for Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) production include essential components like sand, often derived from fly ash, along with lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste.
This critical phase focuses on the precise processing and strategic storage of all raw materials, ensuring optimal quality and consistency in the production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment forms the backbone of the production journey, pivotal in crafting robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs for enduring construction.
This crucial segment enables the crafting of steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual and automated mesh hanging. It ensures flawless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, guaranteeing exceptional quality and efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This phase is a cornerstone in the production of premium quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, laying the groundwork for excellent material characteristics.
This section is meticulously devoted to the precise fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It integrates manual or automatic mesh hanging with automated assembly framework circulation, ensuring precision and consistency.
4. Cutting Section
In this critical stage, the mold frame bearing the billet body is demoulded through a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is set on a cutting car, undergoing lateral, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the precise desired product shape.
The process concludes with the ground turning table efficiently removing and recycling corner waste from the cut body, maintaining sustainability and quality.
After waste removal, the blank body is expertly finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to the subsequent processing phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are skillfully transported into the tank for precise pressure maintenance using the precision-driven traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves, supported by the efficient ferry cart preceding it.
After autoclaving, the expertly cured products are smoothly extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly conveyed to the final product packaging section, ensuring quality retention throughout.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes from the autoclave undergo a thorough sorting process. They are then efficiently palletized, meticulously packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring careful handling and organized storage.
