AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the sophisticated production of autoclaved aerated coagulation, we carefully select premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for crafting high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, showcasing advanced production techniques.
In this critical phase, we manufacture the robust steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes the manual (or automatic) hanging of meshes and seamless automatic frame assembly circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is central to the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This process involves the creation of vital steel meshes (or cages) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automated mesh handling, along with automatic frame assembly circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame containing the billet body is expertly demudded using a crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting complete the product's shaping.
The cutting process is followed by the usage of a ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste.
The marshalling crane and ferry car then finish the process by handling the refined blank body.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are smoothly transferred into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance, using the traction mechanism and ferry cart located at the forefront.
Post autoclaving, the rigorously cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the packaging section for final preparation.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then transported to the storage yard using our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
