AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Immerse yourself in the meticulous preparation of raw materials essential for autoclaved aerated coagulation. These include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), forming the backbone of our production.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the precise processing and efficient storage of all vital raw materials, ensuring readiness for the next stages.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
Welcome to the heart of production for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where innovation meets precision.
In this segment, advanced machinery crafts the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) for our concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automated hanging mesh techniques, alongside seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Experience the core of slab production, a critical stage where materials transform through expert pouring and pre-curing processes.
This segment is dedicated to crafting the indispensable steel mesh (or mesh cage) for our concrete plates, with both manual and automatic hanging mesh and frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Witness the transformation as the mold frame, loaded with billet body, undergoes meticulous demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, accompanied by the side plate, is then expertly positioned on the cutting car for precision cutting in all dimensions.
The completed cut body is efficiently handled by the ground turning table, which expertly removes and recycles corner waste for optimal sustainability.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is adeptly managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring seamless transition to the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
The journey continues as assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tank by a robust traction mechanism, where they undergo meticulous constant pressure maintenance.
Upon completion, autoclave-cured products are precisely extracted via the ferry cart, ready for their progression to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes emerge from the autoclave, efficiently sorted, palletized, and packaged. These are then gracefully transported to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and conveying systems, ensuring impeccable presentation and delivery.
