AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the indispensable raw materials include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This meticulously engineered section is dedicated to the precise processing and efficient storage of these crucial raw materials, ensuring the foundation of excellence.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pulsating core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, a cornerstone where innovation seamlessly blends with precision.
In this hub, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly crafted. The process features both manual and automated mesh handling, along with a sophisticated automatic assembly frame circulation system.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
In this crucial section, the seamless transformation of raw materials into tangible autoclaved aerated concrete slabs occurs.
This vibrant setting is where steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is executed with precision, incorporating both manual and automated handling and complemented by the automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this realm of engineering finesse, the mold frame, brimming with the billet body, is deftly demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, accompanied by the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, undergoing precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts for immaculate molding.
The crafted masterpiece emerges as the cut body is skillfully managed by the ground-turning table, effectively removing and recycling corner waste, embodying sustainability.
Subsequent to waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, completing this phase with grace.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are gracefully guided into the tank for constant pressure sustenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the strategically stationed ferry cart ahead of the autoclaves.
Emerging victoriously from the autoclave, the cured products are pulled out by the ferry cart and seamlessly transitioned to the finished product packaging section, primed for their premiere.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and efficiently moved to the storage yard. This entire process is orchestrated by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a flawless journey from production to storage.
