1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for producing autoclaved aerated coagulation are predominantly sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This crucial section is dedicated to the efficient processing and meticulous storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment stands as the pivotal core for manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate, facilitating both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core and critical phase in the manufacture of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This phase also entails the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (automatic) mesh hanging and automatic frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with billet body is de-mudded using a crane, and then, along with the side plate, positioned on the cutting car. The product is then meticulously shaped through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting processes.
Post-cutting, the crafted body undergoes a process on the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
Following waste removal, the blank body is precisely handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are strategically sent into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted by the ferry cart, ready for their journey to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes emerge from the autoclave to be sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring top-tier product handling and transportation.
