AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Immerse yourself in the sophisticated journey of autoclaved aerated coagulation production. Here, we meticulously handle and process superior-quality raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring every detail meets our high standards.
This essential section is dedicated to the accurate processing and organized storage of our crucial raw materials, laying the foundation for exceptional quality.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is the core of our operation, pivotal in producing top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unmatched efficiency.
In this critical stage, we masterfully construct the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Utilizing a blend of manual and automatic hanging mesh techniques, we ensure seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
As the nucleus of our production, this section is vital for the high-quality fabrication of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring excellence at every step.
This is where we meticulously create the required steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold-loaded billet body is skillfully demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, secured by the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. Here, precision side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product to perfection.
The ground turning table is essential for efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring the cut body is completed with exceptional accuracy.
After waste removal, precise handling of the blank body is achieved by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, delivering optimal results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With unmatched precision, the assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining consistent pressure for flawless product outcomes.
Post-curing, the autoclaved products are expertly removed by the ferry cart and smoothly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for the next phase.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are sorted, palletized, and meticulously packed. They are then conveyed to the storage yard, all facilitated by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring top-tier delivery efficiency.
