1. Raw Material Processing Section
Immerse yourself in the foundational stage of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where we meticulously handle high-quality raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste). Each material is processed with precision to ensure excellence in the final product.
This crucial section is dedicated to the exact processing and organized storage of our critical raw materials, laying the groundwork for superior AAC block production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
The heart of our operation, this section powers the creation of exemplary autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring robust and reliable construction.
In this pivotal area, we skillfully craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. We employ both manual and automatic mesh hanging techniques, complemented by the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame to guarantee precision and efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the core of our production, crucial in crafting top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs that meet the highest standards of quality and durability.
It's here that we meticulously create the fundamental steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing both manual and automatic mesh hanging, paired with an automatic assembly frame circulation for unmatched precision.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold-loaded billet body is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank, supported by the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts sculpt the final product with precision.
The ground turning table plays a pivotal role in efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, completing the cut body with unmatched precision and finesse.
After waste removal, the blank body is adeptly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal results and flawless precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining consistent pressure for impeccable results and superior quality.
Once perfectly cured, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ensuring smooth and efficient handling.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging pristinely from the autoclave, the cakes undergo expert sorting, palletizing, and meticulous packing. They are then transported to the storage yard, all facilitated by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring top-tier efficiency and organization.
