AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the journey begins with the selection of foundational ingredients such as sand, which is often derived from eco-friendly fly ash, coupled with lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum in powder or paste form. These ingredients lay the cornerstone of the manufacturing process.
This indispensable phase is dedicated to the intricate processing and strategic storage of each raw material, laying the groundwork for a seamless production line.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment stands as the pivotal centerpiece of the operation, essential for crafting resilient autoclaved aerated concrete slabs that serve as a testament to durability and precision.
This crucial segment encompasses the fabrication of the steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes both manual and automated mesh hanging, alongside the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring a meticulously orchestrated process.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is an essential stage in the pursuit of excellence for high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, the precise construction of the steel mesh (mesh cage) vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is meticulously handled, featuring manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless automated circulation of the assembly framework, ensuring top-notch quality.
4. Cutting Section
In this crucial phase, the mold frame carrying the billet body is carefully demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then meticulously positioned on the cutting car. It undergoes a comprehensive cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—crafted to sculpt the product into its desired shape with precision.
The process culminates with the ground turning table smoothly facilitating the removal and recycling of any corner waste from the cut body, ensuring environmental sustainability.
Subsequent to waste removal, the blank body is expertly finalized using the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to the next phase of production.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are skillfully transported into the tank, where they undergo sustained pressure maintenance courtesy of the precision-driven traction mechanism before the autoclaves, aided by the efficient ferry cart, ensuring a flawless process.
After the autoclaving process, the cured products are gracefully extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and seamlessly transitioned to the final product packaging section, ready for their debut.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The cakes, freshly emerged from the autoclave, are meticulously sorted. They are then expertly palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, following a precise and efficient separation process that ensures quality and readiness for market.
