1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials pivotal to autoclaved aerated coagulation (AAC) production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and storage of raw materials, ensuring they meet the required standards for production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This section stands as the core area for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, providing essential layers of support.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cages) necessary for the AAC plates are crafted. The process includes manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is crucial for the crafting of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It facilitates the making of steel mesh (mesh cages) required for the AAC plates, including manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes demolding via a turning crane. The billet body, along with the side plate, is then transferred to the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table ensures the removal and recycling of corner waste, maintaining a sustainable process.
Following waste removal, the billet body is efficiently handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car to ensure streamlined production logistics.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are carefully conveyed into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring precise curing.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for final processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes, post-autoclaving, are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are ready for final distribution.
