AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the domain of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the foundational components consist of sand, which is often derived from fly ash, alongside lime, cement, gypsum, and either aluminum powder or paste.
This indispensable phase is dedicated to the intricate processing and strategic storage of all raw materials, ensuring an unwavering foundation for the production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This integral segment forms the core of the operation, playing a crucial role in the creation of robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This essential phase involves the fabrication of steel mesh, or mesh cage, vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes both manual and automated mesh hanging, complemented by the smooth, automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is a critical step in the production of superior-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section is devoted to the precise creation of steel mesh, crucial for the integrity of autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automated mesh hanging alongside the automated circulation of the assembly structure.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold frame bearing the billet body is demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is stationed on the cutting car, where it undergoes a comprehensive cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—to achieve the desired product configuration.
The operation concludes with the ground turning table, which facilitates the seamless removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body.
Subsequent to waste removal, the blank body is finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring an efficient transition to the subsequent phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are meticulously transported into the tank for sustained pressure maintenance by the precision-driven traction mechanism operating in front of the autoclaves, aided by the efficient ferry cart.
Post-autoclaving, the expertly cured products are extracted with finesse from the autoclave by the ferry cart and seamlessly transitioned to the final product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous sorting process. They are then expertly palletized, skillfully packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, following their efficient separation.
