AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the foundation lies in the exquisite combination of ingredients such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste). These elements unite to create a masterpiece.
This pivotal section specializes in the meticulous processing and efficient storage of the essential raw materials, ensuring a seamless flow to the next stages of production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
At the heart of production, this section is integral to crafting the robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, serving as the backbone of the entire operation.
This essential stage is dedicated to the fabrication of the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for the concrete plates, encompassing both manual and automatic mesh handling, and ensuring a smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
As the core of production, this section shapes the future of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and care.
It facilitates the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) for the concrete plate, integrating both manual and automatic mesh handling, seamlessly merging with the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Transforming raw potential into perfection, the mold frame with the billet body undergoes demudding by the turning crane. The blank body, in harmony with the side plate, is precisely positioned on the cutting car to achieve meticulous cutting from every angle: side, horizontal, and vertical.
The ground turning table performs its magic, excising and recycling any corner waste, leaving only the pristine product.
With the waste expertly removed, the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car finalize and prepare the pristine blank body for the subsequent stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
Through the power of precision, the assembled cakes embark into the autoclave tank, sustained by constant pressure maintenance, courtesy of the advanced traction mechanism and the ferry cart that guides them.
The culmination of the autoclaving process sees the cured products elegantly pulled from the autoclave by the ferry cart, leading them to their new home in the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The journey concludes as the steamed cakes, now perfected, are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then gracefully transported to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ready for their next chapter.
