AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Immerse yourself in the intricate world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where we meticulously prepare first-rate raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and systematic storage of our vital raw materials, ensuring quality and precision at every step.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
As the core of our operations, this section pioneers the creation of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring consistency and excellence.
Here, we skillfully construct the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, employing a blend of manual and automated mesh hanging techniques, alongside smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section forms the backbone of our production, pivotal in crafting superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and care.
In this section, we produce the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) required for our autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, using both manual and automatic mesh hanging, paired with streamlined automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold-loaded billet body is precisely demudded by a turning crane. Supported by the side plate, the blank body is positioned on the cutting car, where accurate side, horizontal, and vertical cuts define the final product shape.
The ground turning table plays a vital role in efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, completing the cut body with refined precision.
Post waste removal, the blank body undergoes precise handling by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal outcomes.
5. Autoclaving Section
With exact precision, the assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining steady pressure for impeccable results.
Once the curing process is complete, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and smoothly transported to the final product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Following their release from the autoclave, the cakes are sorted, palletized, and carefully packed. They are then transported to the storage yard, all managed by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying systems.

Our sophisticated equipment includes precision cutting tools like the plasma cutting machine from Sweden and an advanced high-precision laser cutting machine. Our metal plate processing capabilities are exemplified by a robust 2000 tons hydraulic press. Achieving machining excellence, we deploy Taiwan's vertical machining center, a CNC gantry boring and milling machine, alongside a highly advanced horizontal machining center.
