1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste.
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This segment forms the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slabs production.
It is utilized for crafting the essential steel mesh (mesh cages) required for AAC plates, featuring both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This is the pivotal section for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the essential steel meshes (mesh cages) necessary for AAC plates are crafted, with options for both manual and automatic mesh hanging, coupled with the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame containing the billet body is demudded using a crane. The billet, along with its side plate, is then positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to form the final product.
The cut billet is processed on the ground turning table, where corner waste is efficiently removed and recycled.
Post waste removal, the billet is organized by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car to complete the process.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Upon curing, the finished products are extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The autoclaved cakes are then sorted, palletized, packaged, and conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and transportation equipment.
