1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and efficient storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the heart of the production process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) is meticulously fabricated, and both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automated assembly frame circulation systems are utilized.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is another pivotal area for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It ensures the precise fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for the concrete plates, facilitating manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demudded by turning the crane. The billet body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. The product is then precisely cut on all sides-horizontal, vertical, and side.
The cut body is refined by a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
Following waste removal, the billet body is finalized by the marshalling crane and transported by the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are carefully sent into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the products are pulled out of the autoclave by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
