1.Raw Material Processing Section

In the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete, we utilize a range of premium raw materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring the highest quality and performance.

This pivotal section is dedicated to the efficient processing and secure storage of essential raw materials.

2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation

Central to the production of our autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, this section ensures precision and quality.

Here, the assembly of steel meshes (mesh cages) takes place, utilizing both manual and automatic mechanisms for mesh hanging and seamless circulation of assembly frames.

3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section

Another core component in the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

This section is designed for the meticulous crafting of steel meshes (mesh cages), featuring both manual and automatic mesh hanging solutions, alongside state-of-the-art assembly frame circulation.

4.Cutting Section

The mold frame, laden with the billet body, undergoes precise demudding by the crane. The blank body, alongside its side plate, is expertly positioned on the cutting car, achieving flawless cutting through side, horizontal, and vertical techniques.

The ground turning table efficiently completes the cutting process by removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring sustainability in production.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is handled with precision using the marshalling crane and ferry car, maintaining the highest standards of production.

5.Autoclaving Section

Using state-of-the-art traction mechanisms, the assembled cakes are gently ushered into the autoclaves for optimal pressure maintenance, facilitated by an efficient ferry cart system.

Upon completion of the curing process, the products are smoothly extracted from the autoclaves by ferry carts and seamlessly transported to the final packaging phase, ensuring quality and readiness for market.

6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

After undergoing the autoclaving process, our products are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then transported to the storage yard with the utmost care by our advanced packaging and conveying systems, ready to meet customer expectations.
