1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials crucial for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include high-quality sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section ensures the precise processing and meticulous storage of all raw materials, setting the foundation for exceptional product quality.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Seamless Circulation
This pivotal section is essential for producing top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring durability and strength.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section fundamental for producing superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring consistency and quality.
Within this section, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated, using both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is expertly demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The meticulously cut body is then managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, maintaining eco-friendly operations.
Subsequently, the blank body undergoes final processing, handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for ultimate precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are carefully sent into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, ensuring structural integrity.
Post curing, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for market.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for distribution.
