AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Immerse yourself in the world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where every step is carefully orchestrated. We process only the finest raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring each component is meticulously prepared for optimal results.
This essential section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and organized storage of our vital raw materials, setting the stage for high-quality production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This crucial section stands as the beating heart of our operations, facilitating the creation of superior quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with efficiency and precision.
In this expertly managed section, we craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Our process incorporates both manual and automatic hanging mesh techniques, alongside a seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring perfection in every piece.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
As the core of our production process, this section is crucial in the creation of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, maintaining consistency and excellence.
Here, we manufacture the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) required for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. We utilize both manual and automatic mesh hanging techniques, paired with automatic circulation of the assembly frames, achieving exemplary standards.
4. Cutting Section
At this stage, the mold-loaded billet body is skillfully demudded by a turning crane. Upon the cutting car, the blank body undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to sculpt the final product shape with precision.
The ground turning table is instrumental in expertly removing and recycling corner waste, completing the cut body with unmatched finesse.
After waste removal, the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car handle the blank body with precision, ensuring optimal results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining a constant pressure to yield flawless results.
Once the curing process is complete, the expertly autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ensuring they remain in pristine condition.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a thorough sorting, palletizing, and meticulous packing process. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ready for distribution.
