AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production include essential components such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), crucial for creating high-quality AAC blocks.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and careful storage of these raw materials, ensuring optimal quality and consistency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This vital section forms the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where precision and automation meet.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for these concrete plates is crafted, with options for manual or automatic mesh handling, all within a seamlessly circulating assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This pivotal section is integral to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It facilitates the essential processes of making steel mesh (mesh cage), along with manual and automated mesh handling, and ensures smooth circulation within the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame brimming with the billet body undergoes a precise demudding by the crane. The blank body, coupled with its side plate, is placed on the cutting car, achieving flawless side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to mold the product to perfection.
The cut body is deftly handled by the ground turning table to eliminate and recycle corner waste, promoting sustainability.
Subsequent to waste removal, the blank body is expertly arranged by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ready for the next production stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are deftly maneuvered into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, orchestrated by the front traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
After autoclaving, the cured products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the final packaging section, ready for market distribution.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. The packaging and conveying equipment then smoothly transports them to the storage yard, ensuring they are ready for swift dispatch.
