AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational ingredients for crafting the high-quality autoclaved aerated coagulation blocks primarily include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), among others.
This vital section serves the essential functions of processing and storing the diverse raw materials required for production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section dedicated to the manufacture of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This integral section is responsible for the fabrication of the steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It features both manual and automatic mesh hanging, as well as the automated circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This critical section is at the heart of producing premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It specializes in crafting the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, with options for manual or automatic mesh hanging and the efficient automated circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame carrying the billet body undergoes demudding with a turning crane. Subsequently, the blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on a cutting car. Here, the product achieves precision through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
Following cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, completing the process.
After waste removal, the blank body is finalized by the coordinated efforts of the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave tanks for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the supporting ferry cart.
Once the autoclave curing is complete, the ferry cart extracts the products, which are then seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon emerging from the autoclave, the steamed cakes undergo sorting, palletizing, and packing. The packaging and conveying equipment then efficiently transports them to the storage yard.
