AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In our cutting-edge facilities, autoclaved aerated coagulation production is founded on a sophisticated blend of premium raw materials: sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, alongside aluminum powder (aluminum paste) and more. These materials are meticulously selected to ensure high-quality output.
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and meticulous storage of essential raw materials, setting the foundation for seamless production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section forms the backbone of our advanced autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring consistency and excellence.
Here, we craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) that forms the structure of superior autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This process includes both manual and automated mesh hanging, alongside the smooth, continuous circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another cornerstone of our production line, this section is integral to creating top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision.
Within this phase, we manufacture the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating both manual and automated processes and ensuring seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame carrying the billet body undergoes a demudding process via a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is strategically positioned on the cutting car, undergoing precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting for product molding.
The finely cut body is handled by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling any corner waste, maximizing resource usage.
Post-removal of waste, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring smooth transitions within production.
5. Autoclaving Section
With utmost precision, the assembled cakes are transferred into the autoclave using a forward-thinking traction mechanism and the ferry cart. This vital step maintains constant pressure, pivotal for product quality.
Once cured, the products are efficiently extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and smoothly transitioned to the finished product packaging section, ensuring continuity in our production flow.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After exiting the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, securely palletized, and expertly packed. Our sophisticated packaging and conveying equipment then transports them to the storage yard, ready for shipping or further distribution.
