AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
The cornerstone of our AAC production involves carefully selected raw materials, such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of essential raw materials, ensuring quality and consistency across our production line.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This pivotal section is truly the heart of our operations, where the manufacturing magic of AAC slabs comes to life.
In this section, the intricate creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates occurs, incorporating both manual and automatic handling, followed by a seamless circulation within the assembly framework.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another vital segment of our AAC slab production, where precision and innovative engineering converge.
Crafting the requisite steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates involves both sophisticated manual and automated processes, alongside an efficient assembly framework circulation.
4.Cutting Section
Upon demudding by innovative crane techniques, the mold frame and billet body are pristinely positioned on the cutting car for exact side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, achieving perfect shaping.
The cut body is deftly handled by the ground turning table, ensuring corners are meticulously removed and waste is recycled.
Post waste removal, the billet is expertly completed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, readying it for the next stage in the process.
5.Autoclaving Section
Through the powerful traction mechanism and ferry cart, assembled cakes are ushered into the autoclaves, where they undergo precise pressure maintenance for optimal curing.
After autoclaving, the products are seamlessly extracted via the ferry cart, then conveyed to the finished product packaging area, ready for distribution.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon exiting the autoclave, the AAC blocks undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, and packaging. These are then adeptly transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying systems.
