AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential components in the creation of autoclaved aerated coagulation include a blend of sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
This crucial stage is dedicated to the meticulous handling and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring quality and efficiency.
This stage involves the intricate creation of steel mesh (or mesh cage) vital for the slabs, along with manual or automatic mesh handling and seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section, a cornerstone of production, focuses on the formation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Designed for producing essential steel mesh (mesh cages), this part includes manual or automatic mesh handling and efficient assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
With precision, the mold frame holding the billet is demudded by a crane, then positioned on the cutting car where side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product.
The cutting process completes as the ground turning table deftly removes and recycles corner waste, optimizing material use.
Post-waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car finalize the arrangement of the blank body, ensuring readiness for the next phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave by a traction mechanism and a ferry cart, maintaining constant pressure for superior curing.
Upon curing completion, the robust products are expertly extracted from the autoclave by a ferry cart and transitioned to the packaging section for finishing touches.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After the autoclave, the products are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged, then smoothly transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveyance systems.
