1.Raw Material Processing Section

The cornerstone of our AAC production involves premium raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste). These quintessential elements are meticulously selected to ensure a superior end product.

This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of essential raw materials, setting the stage for quality production.

2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation

This pivotal section is the heartbeat of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring unmatched quality and precision.

In this phase, we meticulously craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for AAC slabs. Our advanced system features both manual and automatic mesh handling, coupled with seamless assembly frame circulation.

3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This is another core section, critical for the precise crafting of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Here, we create the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates, employing both manual and automated mesh suspension, alongside an efficient assembly frame circulation.

4.Cutting Section

Our intricate cutting process begins with the deft demudding of the mold frame and billet body via a turning crane. The blank, with its side plate, is strategically positioned on a cutting car, undergoing precise side, horizontal, and vertical slicing to achieve exact specifications.

The turning table expertly rotates the cut body, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, enhancing sustainability.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by our marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring seamless operation.

5.Autoclaving Section

Assembled cakes are methodically transferred into the autoclave for pressure maintenance by our advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring optimum curing conditions.

Post-curing, the ferry cart deftly extracts autoclave-cured products, directing them toward the finished product packaging area with precision.

6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging

Upon exiting the autoclave, our premium cakes are expertly sorted, neatly palletized, and securely packed. Utilizing state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, they are transported to the storage yard, ready for dispatch.
