1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and other essential components.
This section focuses on the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the central hub for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision and efficiency.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for AAC plates is crafted. The section supports both manual and automatic mesh handling and assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
A pivotal segment in AAC slab production, ensuring optimal pre-curing and material integrity.
Facilitates the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for AAC plates, including manual and automatic mesh hanging with assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame with the billet body is demolded by the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut billets are processed on the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by a traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Autoclave-cured products are then pulled out and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
