AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the meticulous production of autoclaved aerated concrete, we employ an array of essential raw materials such as sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste). These components are meticulously selected to ensure the highest quality of production.
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and efficient storage of the raw materials, setting the stage for superior product outcomes.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal stage represents the heart of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where innovation meets precision.
Here, we expertly craft the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. The process involves both manual and automatic hanging of the mesh, alongside seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
A crucial phase in the manufacturing journey, this section is the heart of producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the meticulous creation of the steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for the integrity of our concrete plates, with options for manual or automatic mesh handling and a streamlined assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this intricate process, the billet-bearing mold frame undergoes a thorough demudding by the turning crane. The blank body, along with its side plate, is placed on the cutting car to achieve precise cutting via side, horizontal, and vertical slicing.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss and eco-friendly practices.
Upon waste removal, the sophisticated marshalling crane and ferry car finalize the blank body processing, ensuring seamless transition to the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision and care, the assembled cakes are guided into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the adept traction mechanism and the reliable ferry cart stationed at the autoclaves' entrance.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are deftly extracted from the autoclave using the ferry cart and are transported efficiently to the final packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes, having completed their journey through the autoclave, are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then conveyed to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and transportation systems, ensuring readiness for distribution.

Our machining capabilities are enhanced with Taiwan's vertical machining centers, CNC gantry boring and milling machines, and horizontal machining centers.
