1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste, among others.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of essential raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This is the pivotal section for the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated. It includes manual (or automatic) hanging mesh processes and the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another crucial section for the high-precision production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, manual (or automatic) hanging of meshes, and the automated circulation of assembly frames.
4.Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by turning the crane. The blank body and side plate are then placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting operations complete the product's molding process.
The cut body undergoes a ground turning table process to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is systematically handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for further processing.
5.Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are meticulously sent into the tank for constant pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart.
Once cured, the autoclave-treated products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclave, the steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packaged, and then transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
