AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Embark on a journey through the intricate world of autoclaved aerated coagulation, where every detail in the processing of top-tier raw materials like sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) is meticulously attended to.
This crucial segment is devoted to the accurate processing and organized storage of our vital raw materials, ensuring the foundation of superior quality.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section forms the core of our sophisticated operation, propelling the creation of exceptional autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Within this hub, we skillfully engineer the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, blending manual and automatic hanging mesh techniques with a flawless automatic circulation of the assembly framework.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This segment is pivotal in our production, playing a vital role in the creation of top-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we craft the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) requisite for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, using both manual and automated mesh hanging, alongside the automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
At this stage, the billet body, encased in a mold, undergoes skilled demudding with a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts sculpt the product into its final form.
The ground turning table is integral in the removal and recycling of corner waste, ensuring the cut body is refined with precision.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring superior outcomes.
5. Autoclaving Section
With expert precision, the assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, where consistent pressure is applied to achieve impeccable results.
Post-curing, the autoclaved products are skillfully extracted by the ferry cart and effortlessly conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a thorough process of sorting, palletizing, and meticulous packing. Our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment ensure they are seamlessly transported to the storage yard.
