AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the indispensable raw materials consist of sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting presence of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among various others.
This section is masterfully crafted for the precise processing and efficient storage of these crucial raw materials, ensuring top-notch quality at every step.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the vibrant core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, a critical section where cutting-edge innovation and unmatched precision come together harmoniously.
Here, the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is skillfully fabricated. The process boasts seamless manual or automatic mesh handling paired with a sophisticated system for the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is pivotal to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where the transformation from idea to reality takes shape in spectacular fashion.
Within this energetic setting, steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is executed with precision. This includes both manual and automatic mesh handling, enhanced by the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, engineering brilliance is on full display as the mold frame, burdened with the billet body, is demudded skillfully by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, undergoing meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve an impeccable mold.
The masterpiece emerges as the cut body is expertly managed by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste to uphold sustainability.
Upon waste removal, the blank body is elegantly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, concluding this phase with exceptional skill.
5. Autoclaving Section
With exactness, the assembled cakes are gracefully guided into the tank for constant pressure maintenance, aided by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, which are strategically positioned in front of the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products emerge in victory, drawn out by the ferry cart and smoothly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for their grand entrance.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly emerged from the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and efficiently moved to the storage yard. This process is orchestrated by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a flawless transition from production to storage.
