AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials for crafting autoclaved aerated coagulation products include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of all crucial raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment forms the heart of the production process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is designed for crafting the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the plates, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, complemented by efficient assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This segment stands as the central hub for creating autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It facilitates the production of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for concrete plates, supporting both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with seamless assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, carrying the billet body, is demudded via crane rotation. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, followed by precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to shape the product.
The cut body undergoes a ground turning table operation to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body assembly is completed using the marshalling crane and the ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The precisely assembled cakes are seamlessly transported into the autoclave tanks for consistent pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and the pre-autoclave ferry cart.
Post-curing, the products are expertly extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, the products are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring pristine condition and readiness for distribution.
