1. Raw Material Processing Section
The exquisite journey of crafting autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) begins with the meticulous processing of essential raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the refined processing and efficient storage of these vital raw materials, ensuring superb quality and consistency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
As the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this section demands precision and expertise.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) is crafted with precision, utilizing both manual and automatic systems for hanging and circulating the assembly frame seamlessly.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This crucial segment is indispensable in the creation of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring robust and reliable structures.
Crafted with precision, the steel mesh (mesh cage) is integral, and the section meticulously oversees the manual and automatic handling for optimal assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
With precision engineering, the mold frame loaded with billet body is carefully demudded by the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cuts bring the product to its final shape.
The ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss and environmental stewardship.
Following waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car complete the blank body preparation, readying it for the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this phase, the assembled cakes are delicately transported into the autoclave tanks. Here, they undergo consistent pressure maintenance facilitated by the advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the autoclave products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and transitioned seamlessly to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Concluding the production journey, the steamed cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packaged. These final products are then transported by sophisticated packaging and conveying equipment, ready for storage or immediate dispatch.
