1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated. This process includes manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is the crucial section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this stage, the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is created, employing manual (automatic) mesh hanging and automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demudded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for the completion of side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body undergoes finishing via the ground turning table, which removes and recycles corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is marshalled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transferred into the tank for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart.
Once the autoclave cured products are ready, they are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The cakes, upon exiting the autoclave, are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
