AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the sophisticated production of autoclaved aerated coagulation, we utilize a selection of premium raw materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste). These high-quality materials lay the foundation for superior product creation.
This essential section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials, ensuring they are ready for the next stages of production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
At the heart of our production line, this pivotal section is where the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs truly begins.
This section expertly crafts the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It seamlessly integrates manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and ensures the automatic circulation of the assembly frame for uninterrupted production.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This section stands as a crucial component in producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring flawless results with every batch.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for creating autoclaved aerated concrete plates is produced. Whether through manual or automatic processes, mesh hanging and assembly frame circulation are expertly managed.
4. Cutting Section
Our state-of-the-art cutting section demolds the billet body using a turning crane. The seamless cutting car process involves side, horizontal, and vertical slicing to achieve precision product molding.
A ground turning table efficiently completes the cut body process by removing and recycling corner waste, maintaining eco-friendly and sustainable operations.
Once waste is removed, the blank body is masterfully handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring smooth flow throughout production.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this section, assembled cakes are carefully transported into the autoclave tank by the front traction mechanism and ferry cart, where they undergo precise constant pressure maintenance for optimal curing.
After curing in the autoclave, finished products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly moved to the final packaging section, ready for shipment.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Following steaming, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then expertly conveyed to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and transporting systems, concluding the production process.

Our cutting equipment includes a plasma cutting machine imported from Sweden and a laser cutting machine. Our metal plate processing capabilities are fortified by a 2000-ton hydraulic press. Meanwhile, our machining equipment features a Taiwan vertical machining center, CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and a horizontal machining center.
